I was once trapped in the vicious cycle of an eating disorder. It took me 15 years to even realize that I had an eating disorder and then another 6 years to fully be free of my disordered eating.

Over my 15 years of being in an eating disorder, my 6 years of actively working to get out of my eating disorder, and my few years of reflecting on what happened… I have realized one thing: An eating disorder will kill you. First, it kills your self worth, then it kills your friendships, relationships and career goals, then it kills your spirit and then… Well, you have a tough decision to make.

You can go on living as if you are dead, or you can start living for the first time and see how that goes.

What Does My Coaching Look and Feel Like?

It looks like a real hard look at you. Your evolution, your genes, your environment, your mental health, your childhood, your goals, your dreams, your hopes, your fears, your expectations, your repressed anger, your untapped joy, your reason for living.

Together we co-create a plan to get you eating food that nourishes you fully, leaves you satisfied and promotes life. The food is the easy part. We all know, on some level, what foods are life promoting.

We will work together to discover some of your limiting core beliefs, and replace those beliefs with empowering ones that are in alignment with your goals.

We will work through your trauma together and heal parts of you that have been ignored for years or even decades.

I will ask you questions that are designed to have you discover who you are at your core and what your purpose here on earth is. Then we co-create plans to keep you on your path to self awareness, and expansion.

I will hold you accountable to your intentions and support you emotionally through the process.

It’s transformation baby! We are going to take a light and shine it on your darkness so that it is not controlling your behaviors anymore. With empathy and love, I will be by your side guiding you to the path of most resistance.

This will be one of the hardest things you ever do. The pain of going through this transformation is better than the pain of not going through this transformation.
